It usually takes 2-3 business days to process and ship orders for parts that are not in stock. Be aware that some parts must be special ordered and can take up to a month to receive. You can always contact us via email at to verify the availability of a part.

We are a small team at Car Pros Kia. Our team is made up of 2 individuals who manage our eCommerce stores, package, ship, and responds to messages. The best way to contact us is via email and our contact link. When contacting us, please provide your VIN, we will need it to verify what parts fit your vehicle. We are available from 10am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.


All parts are final sale. We offer these discounts only because the parts are final sale. 

We do accept returns when we give you wrong information. If you contact us, provide  your VIN, and we tell you the  parts that fit your vehicle, those parts become 100% returnable only if we gave you the information. The website runs on a VIN based parts catalog, however, there have been cases where parts show up that do no fit the vehicle. We ask that you contact us with your VIN to verify those parts fit your vehicle. It's always best to be safe from the start to avoid ordering the wrong parts.

If your vehicle is custom built, we do not offer these services and do no recommend purchasing from our VIN based catalog, unless you know for sure the part numbers you need, we would like to avoid it.


If your order is flagged as a high-risk order, or as potentially fraudulent, we will cancel your order. Many times an order appears as high risk when the wrong billing address was used, or your IP address is in a complete different state or country as the billing address. These orders will be cancelled to avoid any potential fraud and we will report it to our credit processing center.
